Three regions. One operating model.

We operate across Europe, North America and the United Arab Emirates. Each region plays a different role, and a programme built with expansion in mind can move between them.

The model does not change from market to market. What changes is accreditation, language, clinical protocol and channel mix — and those are the four things we manage.

Europe

Fragmented systems, real barriers to entry.

Our European operations focus on Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain and Italy, where fragmented national accreditation systems create both barriers and opportunities. We understand how to navigate them.

Programmes developed for one European market can be adapted for others when international expansion is built into the structure from the beginning. Retrofitting it afterwards is what makes expansion expensive.

United States & Canada

North America is where scale lives.

A larger practitioner base, higher willingness to invest in professional education and a rapidly professionalising aesthetic medicine sector create significant opportunities.

We support European education brands entering North America and North American brands seeking to formalise and expand their programme portfolios.

The traffic runs in both directions.

UAE

Dubai is our base for a reason.

Located between our principal markets, it provides a stable, internationally recognised corporate environment and a neutral platform for cross-border operations.

The operating model

Four things change. Everything else stays.

Entering a market is a known process rather than a leap. These are the only four variables we rebuild each time.

01 / Accreditation

What the qualification is worth locally, and the work required to have it recognised by the bodies that matter in that country.

02 / Clinical adaptation

Protocols, drug and device availability and local standards of care. Translation is the smallest part of this.

03 / Distribution

Clinic groups, professional associations and device manufacturers who already reach the practitioners we want to teach.

04 / Acquisition

Channel mix, creative and pricing built for that market and measured against its own cohort economics.

Next step

Which market is next for you?

If you are already teaching in one country and wondering what the second looks like, that is exactly the conversation we are set up to have.
