3. What this website is for

The website describes what GEN does, the sector it works in, how it works with its partners and where it operates, and it lets you get in touch with us. Its content is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, an invitation or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, to invest in any fund or company, or to enter into any transaction, and it does not form part of any contract. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

11. General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and GEN regarding the use of this website.
